Bad battery

It stops charging after the initial full charge. I don’t understand why, I already had two replacements sent to me and both had the same problem. Maybe something with manufacturing.

Absolute garbage product

I’ve had two in less than a year because it just stops charging. PLEASE don’t waste your money. It was still under warranty, but I was not about to have a third for under 1 year… I had the original for 8 years no problem. They need to stop cutting corners to save a buck.

I like the toothbrush look but the design is a fail. The replaceable head pops off if you apply any pressure to brush your teeth. Should be set up to pop off the other way. Simple fix that was not thought through in the design of it.

Stick with battery operated. The charging sensor pieces on mine got rusty and now it won’t charge or turn on at all.

Toothbrush started out great. Eight months in the toothbrush will not turn on. Took apart tried to ensure good contact for charge etc. Now I have a very expensive manual toothbrush

Toothbrush is great. Definitely can feel a difference. Great marketing. Only 3 stars as the rechargeable aspect worked twice and now it does not work.

Disappointed

I bought this brush because I wanted to try it out but I realized it ha a few setbacks. After changing the brush for the first time the new brush head wouldn’t stay on and while brushing my teeth it kept coming off. Them in the app it never told me when the brush was fully charged. I thought something was wrong with my app and toothbrush but I also got my husband a toothbrush as well and his was also only saying it’s charging to 64% and then decreasing. I bought this toothbrush around December last and I’m already looking for a replacement. I’m disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
