Piece of Garbage

I’ve owned this toothbrush for several months now. The day I got it, it was already acting up. The toothbrush wouldn’t charge, nor would the charger stay lit up, and therefore the brush wouldn’t stay on for longer than a few seconds, if at all. Quip sent me a replacement after asking me for several photos and serial numbers of all the individual components of the toothbrush so that they could “investigate. ” They sent me the same one and it has worked for a few months, but now won’t turn on at all. The charger lights up when connected to the toothbrush, so I know it’s not an outlet/charger issue. I reached out to ask for another replacement, but was told that the warranty is limited and that they can’t replace it again. Now I’m stuck with a dead toothbrush and I will not be supporting Quip again.

Do not waste your money

I’ve gone through two of these toothbrushes in 18 months. They start off with a long charge where you don’t have to charge it for weeks at a time the more you charge it the less it works it’s at the point where you get less than 30 seconds of a brush and then it stopped working altogether. This is a terrible product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using quip for probably at least 5 years and was really disappointed with this brush. The advertisements make it seem like it's one of the smart brushes and I thought for the price, surely it would be. But no, it's 15 extra for no reason :( Makes me think the company doesn't really care about its customers. DEFINTELY do NOT get this brush

Stopped charging

Loved the idea of this toothbrush. I have been a loyal Quip customer for several years. But after owning this for just over a year, it stopped holding the charge. I put it on the charger and it will not charge. I can not start the brush unless it is attached to the charger which is not practical. Extremely disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved the battery one, rechargeable one (as many have mentioned here) just stops taking a charge. Total bummer

Great Toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally ordered this toothbrush for myself, but my grandson wanted it. He said after trying it, not only did his teeth feel fresh, but his whole mouth did. Quip-Midnight Blue Plastic Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush,only needs to be charged four times a year, has a travel case, the replaceable brush heads need to be replaced every three months. It also comes with a magnetic charging cable that attaches to the bottom of the brush handle. In my opinion, this electric toothbrush is better than those expensive types!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is not a good toothbrush. Just a normal toothbrush with a vibrating timer. I ended up ordering a rechargeable Oclean for almost half the cost of the quip.

Stops holding a charge rather quickly. The Quip team was willing to replace based on the warranty but after having a second brush break with the span of a few months I’m switching back to the battery option.
