Toothbrush vibrations do NOTHING to clean your teeth...

Although the design is great and the subscription service is well done, the smart toothbrush is very disappointing. The vibrations are useless and are only good for telling you to move to the next quadrant. The rubber bristles only get in the way of the thin bristles and are completely unnecessary. I have to use manual brush brushing motions to get any kind of decent clean. I really like the toothpaste though...
I got this toothbrush for the same reasons you probably will: nice slim design, cordless. Say goodbye to that clunky bulky old electric brush right? It works great in theory, but the design is really cheap. In order for the smart brush to sync, the app must be open. And when you change the battery, or smart motor, it probably will never sync again. So say goodbye to sixty bucks. It's a nice sleek electric toothbrush with a single triple A battery inside and it will probably last you all of three months if you're hoping to keep the "smart" function. Good luck. Three stars so you could see my review, two stars in my honest feedback.
This toothbrush is basically a manual toothbrush with a vibrating handle. The head/bristles barely move. In order to get a thorough clean you have to use it like a standard manual toothbrush. Which confuses me as to why the handle and not the head of the toothbrush vibrates. It does feel a bit like false in advertising and very a disappointing product.
My toothbrush was great when I first got it, however a few months ago it began to pulse and not vibrate during brushing. I tried replacing batteries and other small fixes but figured the motor was dead and bought a new one.
After less than a week with the new motor it also began to pulse and not vibrate making it impossible to brush. Can’t see why a brand new motor would also not work? Also can’t seem to get any tech or support from Quipp.
I would not recommend this dispenser. It stopped working after one pump. The solution clogs the mechanics and nothing will come out after. You’re better off just buying refills and skipping the bogus esthetically pleasing dispenser !
I've had this toothbrush subscription for a little less than a year. While the first few months were okay, I tried replacing the toothbrush head three times now and the power button doesn't always work, for any of them. I've gone through two batteries in a few months and for some reason, the power button for none of them works properly. I've even tried to get my bf to help me change them out and there are still issues. This toothbrush doesn't last in the long haul. Really disappointed considering I put money into this toothbrush of all things, and the replacement heads.
