The electric griddle keeps shutting off every 5-7 mins and takes another minute to power back on

Only small issue is the screw heads on the lid scratch the sides of the cook top

You need to add a latch to lock it all together. This way it can be carried using the handle. People won’t leave a grill of this size in their house set up. It should be convenient to carry it around without disassembly.
