The cooking surface "domed" up in the middle the first time I used the griddle. Reading online the recommendation is to just keep cooking on it and it should correct itself. Fingers crossed.

First Blackstone. Wanted something for inside cooking and it fit the bill. Kind of a let down since the cooking surface is not the usual cook top but will give it a try.

I bought my Blackstone for camping/travel and it's everything I expected. It's small enough to pack in the car easily, and definitely big enough to cook for a small group 4/5 people at a time. Gets hot quick so wait time is minimal. Overall great product!
