Just as expected!

Smokeless griddle, no need to preseason the griddle. Don’t be afraid to turn it up to high temp. Will be looking for a permanent place on the kitchen counter.

It is a good product I used it alot it cooks perfectly the only issue I can see is that the moisture that builds up when the lid is closed then when you open it the buildup from that dripping s runs down the plug in.

I wanted a griddle that didn’t run on propane but that could get the same things done! I love how easy it is to use and how it offers two different temperature zones. I received it as a Christmas gift and love it so far!

If I knew that you would not warranty your product at all, unless I paid for the warranty. I would have bought another brand.
