Offer different style griddle tops? Say turn Griddle into Grill?

Be pretty cool if Blackstone offered a Grill style top or different style tops for different cooking. Definitely a nice piece to have for simple cooking or playing host. 4 family members placed orders for blackstones after seeing mine today/Christmas day! Cooked breakfast for 20 family members. Had 2 units cooking! For as much food we cooked & the mess we made, the griddles were stupid easy to clean.

This grill is great . Cooking with no oil ,crisp on the out side juicy on the inside chicken . Bacon and eggs at the same time with selective temps Wish I had done sooner Great Value
