I have used it many times since I bought it and have enjoyed it very much. I have used it for all types of meals ranging from breakfast to dinner. It was very easy to assemble and is very user friendly.

On-Off and temperature control knobs

For whatever reason when pressing the controls the first time "F" is displayed first on panel window, than I have to continue pressing the knobs to start the unit. Not sure what is happening when this happens.

Bait and switch warranty

Purchased 2yr warranty with my order #695957 and your application wanted me to by another 2 year warranty at a higher price. Not appropriate. Was my receipt not enough to show I had slreasy purchased.
