Perfect size for inside activities. I do catering with my griddle so I can warm up tortillas or warm up hamburger buns. Instead of caring propane every event, this one light weight and easy to use. No more being outside in the hot summer weather or cold winter weather…

Big fan of Blackstone products. My friend had one in Connecticut that was propane based and I was always very impressed. We recently moved to a condo in Florida where you are not allowed a propane unit on your balcony and so we opted for the electric Blackstone and are thrilled with it so far

My wife cried!!

My wife has wanted a Blackstone griddle for yearsssss. She cried when I gifted her. She loves it! It cooks evenly. It was tricky figuring out what temperatures to use, they should include a cooking/temperature guide for certain foods. Also discovered you can’t cook with the cover, and it’s much too tall to open it completely with the overhead cabinets, so it has to be removed completely to cook with or cook in an open space like a island. Other than that, super worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Almost great!

Minus two stars:
1) the griddle is not flat (it's sloped from center to all sides and likely this way to funnel liquid out the hole in the back to the drip pan). I prefer a flat griddle so egg whites near the edge don't run down the back. You have to really watch that your temperature is up so everything cooks quickly as it enters the pan so it doesn't run. Scrambled eggs is a race to catch the liquid!
Speaking of temperature, it appears to be about 50° off, using our IR sensor and how food acts (when fried breakfast potatoes brown, how eggs react to supposed 375 degrees). When I turned each side of the griddle up 50 degrees, from 425 for fried potatoes to 475 and from 375 for eggs to 425, everything cooked as expected.
I like the size, price, overall quality (excluding temp and curved griddle surface). I will give this to daughter's family and just go to a commercial stainless griddle.
