Two weeks in the jury is still out

I was very much looking forward to this purchase as I have wanted a BS grill for a long time. I went the electric route thinking we would use it more inside during the winter. It’s a great breakfast griddle, but doesn’t seem to hold the heat or recover quick enough like the propane and cast iron grills. Nonetheless, it has amazing quality and it’s definitely non-stick. It’s another tool in our kitchen, I just wish it would heat up and recover faster. I’m still learning. I don’t think this model is a replacement for the outdoor gas models.

Indoor Blackstone eSeries

Super Excited to try this out !! So far easy to put together and it's not as heavy as I expected. This will be my 3rd Blackstone product. I had the original Blackstone griddle for outside and just upgraded to the professional outdoor version with built in drawers and wind gards. I'm hoping the eSeries works just as well. I'm tired of moving my outdoor unit into the garage on cooler brisk months to use it. Yes I always crack the garage door for proper air flow.

Not as advertised

After 5 months all food started sticking, wouldn’t recommend anything that doesn’t last that long for the cost

This was my first tabletop griddle. I love it for inside cooking, my next purchase will be a 36 " outside griddle

Great Grill! Minor issue.

Grill is great! Griddle is level within a degree, heats up quickly and evenly, easy to clean as well. Only issue is one of the knobs wasn’t attached to the front when shipped. Easy to fix, just had to line up the tabs to snap together right. All in all, great grill!
