Unit turns on and off

This unit turns on and off intermittently and doesn’t seem to make contact with the sensors when the lid is on

Just not a "hot" product

Definitely do not recommend. Looks great. Non-stick surface is great. Terrible at getting hot. Very inconsistent heat across the surface. Does not retain any of the heat at all, even with small quantities of food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The electric blackstone works great other than it doesn’t heat all the way back up after I put something on it.

We purchased this griddle primarily for outside use but we also used it inside when it was too hot. The grill is very versatile. I love the cook top with the no stick surface. Very little oil required. It’s easy to clean, just wipe the surface down with water and maybe a little mild soap. Easy to assemble. Very satisfied.
