I initially purchased the 24 inch and gave it to my son and his family. Then I purchased the 22 inch for myself. Both griddles work great! I would highly recommend this to anyone that cooks outside, but doesn’t want to cook with Gas. I like the electric option with the griddle pan so I can use the juice from meat when I’m cooking.
When you turn on the griddle, you push in the power knob until the power turns on and then turn it to your desired temperature. When you reach your desired temperature, then give it a quick push again to set the temperature..
