SO nice to have option to use indoors especially when rainy and cold outside I don’t have to wait till warm weather to enjoy my blackstone recipes

Use it often. Lid is a pain to clean , center of griddle is way hotter than the outsides and starting to get discolored in the center with sticking food. Overall I love cooking with it but am disappointed with the non stick not working any longer. Have used it for about 2 months now.
