I would think I'd be getting something a little bit higher quality for the price point but overall it works well. Not too much different than any are there mid to high range griddle.

Non-stick Griddle Surface

I really love the griddle and overall like the way it works as an electric griddle. The only issue I have been encountering is things have been sticking to the non-stick griddle. I only use the Blackstone paddles, but have to use them to scrape off the surface material. Do I need to season it or is something wrong?
I would recommend this to a friend!
