Loved initial product but…

Upon opening our electric griddle we noticed the heating display was separated in an area (photos attached). Don’t think this will affect the electrical but it would be nice to not have had it there initially.

This is my 2nd griddle from Blackstone, I have a gas griddle with air fryer, love it with l wish I got it done than I did. I now have an electric griddle for inside during the hot summers. Cooking on them is as easy as ever and clean up is even easier
