Maybe I haven't used it enough but when I made pancakes it cooked some way faster then the rest even tho both sides were set at the same temp. The ones right over the coils cooked way faster then the rest. Kind of annoying!

Took it for an initial test run inside with chicken breasts. They turned out great and the Blackstone was easy to clean.

First use and there is a bow in the middle so my egg accessories spilled and did not work, plus everything drained to the front. Other than that, food came out delicious and love the precision of the temperature dials.

I was so excited when my package arrived. I've searched for months, looking for an electric grill big enough to to feed guests and myself, yet compact enough to bring in off my apartment patio without having to move furniture and designate a closet just for a big hunk of grill. I went to a family BBQ last week and seen my cousin cooking on a huge sleek griddle with all the accessories of a grill master. After that I knew I was a Blackstone man. No more charcoal marks on my clothes or trips for propane refills.
