So far, so good

Have only done one cook which was bacon and burgers. Food was great and grill performs as advertised. I’m giving 4 stars as the assembly instructions were not as clear as they should be. Other than that, I think this is a great product. Happy so far.

I adore this thing. I can cook so much food in so little time. The convenience of outdoor type cooling but inside to avoid this Texas humid heat. It's exactly what I was hoping.
Only suggestion I would make is to either have taller walls on the front side for scooping up food and also not having food topple over and get underneath the surface. I'm only nit picking a very great product. It works so well and I love having this griddle. Very easy cleanup, very non stick ceramic. I wish I had a bigger one to use outside with propane for winter cooks.
I would recommend this to a friend!
