Could be the best griddle ever if….

Love the heat control and sturdiness. Lid is a great addition. Griddle non-stick works amazingly.
Worst part is that the griddle surface is not flat. Mine is domed up about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch and after using several times now I haven’t seen it flatten really. Time will tell if it’ll settle in, but I’m not happy about this for sure.

Huge cooking surface!

This baby really cooks! The cooking surface is immense and the heat distributes well. Cleanup is a breeze! Pay attention to the warnings and do NOT use cooking oils with lecithin in them to maintain the stick-free coating on the griddle! If you buy the adventure ready stand, a simple piece of ply makes for a great tabletop for this unit.
