Just received for my birthday. assembly was easy the machine is beautiful can't wait to cook my Steaks on it. As far as cooking on it I will have to update when I do but so far I love it.

Ohmygosh, This is my first Blackstone product and I am certain that it won’t be my last. This griddle has more than enough cooking surface to cook any meal for the entire family.
