I'm loving this griddle. I'm still learning how to control the heat, but it cooks all breakfast foods perfect (eggs, pancakes, French toast, sausage and bacon)

Great Griddle

Always have used a non-stick griddle for cooking breakfast so bought the 22 inch Blackstone electric griddle. Only used twice so far but certainly works great and definitely super slick surface. Not sure how it will work for hamburgers or steaks but primarily will be used for breakfast.

Not the quality I expected

I was very excited to get this grill, as I was looking for something I could use both indoors and outdoors. But I am rather disappointed. The griddle is aluminum and tends to warp. Enough so that the grease runs towards the front instead of in back to the catch. You can’t even use the silicone accessory for making egg muffins as it can’t lay flat on the grill so the eggs just run out underneath. I do like the dual zones and digital temperature settings as well as the cover. But can’t give it a good rating because of the warping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cooks great but

I bought one of these for my son for Christmas and I also received one. We both agree that it cooks everything we have both cooked on it very well. But if you do buy one you better also buy an infrared Thermometer gun because the settings on the unit are way off. I set one side to 410 degrees and it only got to 366 the other side I set to 410 also and topped out at 373. I then turned up a side to 440 degrees and it topped out at 390. Something to keep in mind when cooking with this unit.
