Love the griddle and how much I can cook the only downside is once up to temperature and you place you foods it cools down a takes a bit to get back up to the cooking temperature!!!

I absolutely love my Blackstone griddle. It is VERY easy to clean after each use. I just spray a little soapy water on it and wipe it off with a rag or paper towel. I use it almost every day.
