Although we have had the Blackstone E22 for a few weeks, we haven’t used it much because we have been away from home most of the time. The thing I do like is the size of the griddle, large enough to do several things at one time. Also the dual heat controls are excellent for cooking items that need different temperatures.

Great griddle, i give it 4 stars. 2 heating zones, built in lid. Accents your counter top with beautiful design. Needs 2 upgrades to be a 5 star griddle. Screw on legs level griddle, also to cooking surface buckles a tiny bit when you turn on the heat. Kind of does like a cheap skillet. Also the cooking surface does not lock down in the back. That is a design flaw. The weight of the lid holds it down but it should have had a twist or snap lock. Still a great griddle, great value, easy to assemble and use. I would recommend to a friend.

Well every single time we have used it the cook surface lifts up in the middle and everything that can goes to the front and back of cook top. Not happy with it.

The griddle is ok. It doesn't allow for you to use the entire griddle space as advertised. The edges do not get hot enough, so you lose that space to cook on. The grease also pools in the middle and doesn't go towards the back because the griddle doesn't sit flush against the heating coils.
