I’ve had a gas black stone griddle in the past. Now that I live in an apartment the electric black stone is the best. The griddle is slick like a hockey rink. It’s so nice to cook on. Breakfast , burgers, fried cauliflower rice , steak turn out phenomenal. I give it a thumbs up
