I like having a lid! The glass has stayed clear so far (not stained). The griddle is super slippery and requires a different cooking technique. Griddle easily comes off for cleaning and is light in weight. The griddle itself probably isn't as good as an iron one, but plenty good for what I do with it. I do have some trouble concerning the cost. It seems over priced.

This is a great unit. The cooktop is so easy to clean. Like the temp control. I do wish the grease collector was a little larger. However it’s really no big deal. I had a 17” before and it worked well however I like the 2 different temperature areas. I am very 😍

Great product just be patient with the process. If you are use to the gas Blackstone grills you will have an adjustment period. The electric BS gets the job done but it loses heat quickly making cooking more of a process than it’s gas powered counterpart.

The griddle was very well packaged. I only really have one complaint. The grill only maintains its set temperature right above the heating coil. Which generally wouldn't be a problem but the temperature away from the heating coil drops by what seems like 35 degrees.
