Opening the package and three screws from the lid were either loose or missing replaced the handle screw that was nonexistent and went from there

22 inch E Series Griddle

I like the size and portability. The handle had fallen off in the box. Screws were over tightened and stripped out the aluminum in the handle. I drilled them all the way out and put a bolt in each location. Should have been designed that way. A little disappointed in the design, given it’s a Blackstone. Otherwise, okay with the purchase.

Love my E Series Blackstone

This was a Christmas gift. My first time using it and I love it. I can see my food through the glass top and it cooks awesome. Easiest clean up ever.

Beautiful product. It is clean and slick. While it is not a grill, it IS a large and advanced griddle that can tackle anything you might need. It works perfect in my apartment as I’m not able to have a gas grill

I got this as a Christmas Gift at the end of 2025. I have made several small meals, however, I also am concerned with the temp of grill. I make pancakes and hashbrowns this morning, tried to cook on 350 but no luck. Is this normal or is there a problem with my electric griddle. Had to turn it up to 425 and it still seemed off in the heating. Please advise. Wanted this grill to speed up cooking time.
