I literally just purchased the grill and it's first job was cooking (along with other grills). For a large group of people ... I am confused with the indicator bars ... do all the bars have to be lit to be at its designated temperature? Or just the first 3? ... it seems to cool off very quick ... love to have back ... thanks!

Missing screws but excited to try

I received my Blackstone excited to use but the hood is missing four screws so only one side of the handle and cover “glass” are secured. Hoping to hear back about this soon
