This Griddle lives up to the Blackstone reputation of being very well made with quality parts and components. The griddle heats evenly and cleanup is a breeze. Very impressive unit. Very happy with the purchase. However, the operating instructions are very vague and difficult to understand when the griddle has reached pre-heated temperature. I found it confusing.

Well worth the money. The heating is uniform across the entire surface and maintains the prescribed temperature. I had tried other electric gridles for making tortillas but they all failed to maintain the cooktop temperature and/or get hot enough.

Love the griddle and how much I can cook the only downside is once up to temperature and you place you foods it cools down a takes a bit to get back up to the cooking temperature!!!
