Bigger than expected. Food tends to slide back instead of staying centered. I get it due the cleaning tray for excess grease and food. The food actually taste better because of this feature. Not bad

Putting it together wasn’t the easiest. You definitely need a power screw driver for the self tap screws.

I like everything about the Blackstone but I do notice with the e series the flat top tends to warp with the different sides heated at different temperatures.

Love the griddle size but even at 500 degrees it doesn't maintain the temp to get a good crust on burgers and other meats.
