Amazing Griddle

We’re big fans of this griddle—it gets used constantly at our place. It’s awesome for whipping up pancakes, grilled cheese, paella, and pretty much anything else we’re craving. Plus, cleaning it is a breeze, which makes it even better.

Just not a "hot" product

Definitely do not recommend. Looks great. Non-stick surface is great. Terrible at getting hot. Very inconsistent heat across the surface. Does not retain any of the heat at all, even with small quantities of food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dinner for two

Started with a flank steak and vegetables for two. Set 450 degrees for the steak zone and 350 degrees for the vegetables. Came out great. Look forward to making cheesesteaks and burgers for four.

I bought our Blackstone 8001 electric griddle to use at home and camping. It is easy to set up. It is easy to use one or both sides to cook on and food taste good. You can prepare several burgers at one time for family or friends. A plus, it cleans so easy.
