Griddle worked great on a weekend camping trip and served up all three meals, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Cleaning was a breeze and the glass lid keeps the griddle surface nice.

I love my Blackstone! This model has three parts: the heating element with temperature knobs, the griddle, and the lid. Easy to assemble and disassemble for quick clean and storage. Heats up fast and consistent temperature throughout the whole griddle top. The non stick coating on this is amazing which makes for fast clean up. The food basically slides right off. Great for countertop cooking, outdoor BBQs, and camping.
