Electric Griddle. Not quite the same as blackstone griddle but does the job for some cooking on my screened porch in Pawleys Island.

Great indoor/outdoor griddle

I was hesitant to go with the electric griddle but I have no regrets so far! Burgers, hot dogs, ribeye steaks, eggs, pancakes etc; all of which have come out delicious. Super easy clean up and small enough for limited space.
