this is a great griddle for the kitchen , i love this griddle but after 3 months of use , it just shuts off and i have to keep restarting the unit. i have read that other people are having the same issue. i only bought this January 12 2025 and its April 24 2025. WOW DID NOT LAST LONG . i hope B.S will help me out
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Instructions on use not easy or clear.
Video on assembly, use and cleaning instructions would have been user friendly.
Given price, basic necessary utensils should have been included.
