You need to add a latch to lock it all together. This way it can be carried using the handle. People won’t leave a grill of this size in their house set up. It should be convenient to carry it around without disassembly.

1st thoughts assembled out of the box.

Well designed, easy to put 4 parts together. Larger cooking surface area than I was expecting. Looks to be a great portable grill for cookouts at the in-laws house. While assembled components have good weight, individual parts are a lot easier/ cleaner to maneuver than the portable Weber grill I have.
