Broken handle

Upon opening box and unpacking I found 2 screws on the griddle top. I found these screws were supposed to be in the handle to secure it to the lid. After trying to screw them back in I found these screws holes to be stripped out. I had some slightly larger screws that I managed to half way be able to secure the handle but it is still loose. Not the quality I was expecting for the price I paid.

Just ok….

I like it, but wish I’d have saved my money and gotten just an electric griddle instead for a fraction of the price. I watched a lady on TikTok with one so I was enamored with it. Seems silly now. The element doesn’t reach the edges and the griddle cooks unevenly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Get ready for a mess

Griddle part cooks fine and doesn't need seasoning. Thing drains to the front but the grease trap is in the rear. Non-stop complaining about it from my wife. Seems like a design flaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I owned this product before unfortunately I had a house fire after making a Facebook post blackstone offered to replace it for me absolutely amazing not only does blackstone make amazing products they are just amazing at understanding humans not a lot of companies do

My husband bought this for me for an early Mother’s Day and I’m super excited to use it. The fact that it’s indoor tabletop is a huge plus!! I plan on getting a cart for it so if I want to cook outdoors sometime I can.

Awesome Inside Griddle!

Love the size of the griddle, cleans easy, fun to use. The hood is a bit clunky and the temp does drop a bit when you add your food, but it heats back up pretty quickly! All in all, I’m pleased!
