Just bought and used my blackstone for the first time. I have wanted one for as long as I have been able to cook, and have finally gotten one. Works even better than imagined. Living in WI, the beer bottle opener comes in quite handy when cooking for a crowd.

We are sooo excited to finally have a Blackstone but some of the screws that came with it to assemble it were stripped and one of the knobs to turn the burners on was destroyed inside so now we will have to try to get a replacement.

I battled through the installation, seasoned exactly as per the instructions with the Blackstone griddle seasoning and had an excellent meal first time out. Love it!
