Ending my 2 summer with my “stone “ I was a little concerned with cooking on it, which didn’t last very long. My second cook was pancakes over easy eggs, and bacon I felt like the guy at the diner . I also have a grill so I have the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. But my “36 “ get a lot of use, it’s a good size I do burgers dog and chicken and still have room to toast the buns . The only thing I want to change is the lift off cover for a hinged cover and would like to get an original Blackstone product rather than an imitation
I would recommend this to a friend!

The assembly instructions were straight forward to follow. Took about an hour to fully assemble.
Very solid grill. Can’t wait to season it and start grilling.
