Assembly was easy and straight forward. Instructions said to use 2 people. I was able to assemble by myself with patience.
Seasoned grill, cooked with onions and smash burgers. Awesome

Good product. Maintaining the top can be a little labor intensive, but otherwise happy with performance.

Seasoning was a breeze - cooked a bunch of onions - can’t wait to use it - I’m like a taquiero already.

My first griddle, pretty inspirational!

I'm excited to see what this thing can do. Assembly was easy, I was impressed with the packaging, the outer box was damaged, but the packaging protected the contents well. The seasoning/ first cook went well and generated good food and taught me that I have much technique to learn. My feedback is, I was disappointed that the left shelf cannot be fully folded down with the propane tank in place. I really would have preferred a lid with hinges that tilted back. Other than that, great griddle.
