My first griddle, pretty inspirational!

I'm excited to see what this thing can do. Assembly was easy, I was impressed with the packaging, the outer box was damaged, but the packaging protected the contents well. The seasoning/ first cook went well and generated good food and taught me that I have much technique to learn. My feedback is, I was disappointed that the left shelf cannot be fully folded down with the propane tank in place. I really would have preferred a lid with hinges that tilted back. Other than that, great griddle.

Labeling of bolts / screws that were provided were not consistent with names used in assembly instructions. Watch YouTube assembly video but did not show these small pieces.
