I love my unit, but it is not easy to level out. I get pooling in the left rear and its starting to flake up. I'm hoping its just the seasoning and not the sealing material. I am trying to find a replacement griddle, i found one, on this site sat with my phone, but the purchase could not go thru. I found the same listing, but the price is WAY higher and sold out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Assembly was easy and straight forward. Instructions said to use 2 people. I was able to assemble by myself with patience.
