OMG This machine is amazing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In this household we love specialty coffees, and this machine is perfect for my small family. The machine itself is rather heavy 20+lbs, but once you get it where you want it this is not a real factor in any of our daily operations. The unit is solid, shiny silver metal body with everything you need to make your own unique concoctions in the comforts of your own home. There is an overflow indicator, letting you know you have added too much water right in the drip tray. The grinder on top gives you different levels of grind and is much quieter than I expected it would be. It does of course make noise, it is grinding beans after all, but the level of noise is minimal at best. The basin heats up within minutes so there is not a long wait to get the coffee you crave. The basket is heavy giving you a feeling that it is solid and professional. The tamper is just the right weight to ensure that you are getting a good pack without being too tight. There are a variety of settings that can be used such as Americano, Espresso and Hot Water. The varied temperatures ensure the perfect drink every time. Finally, the frother...This is so easy to use and it even comes with the metal cup. We actually keep the cup in our refrigerator for a perfectly chilled milk that gives a perfect froth every time.
I cannot tell you how much time and $ I am saving by not having to go to our local "chain" coffee shops. No more long lines, just hot drinks when you want them. I absolutely recommend this unit to anyone who may be questioning the purchase. From novice to pro, this is a great unit for anyone! 10/10

A must have for coffee lover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best home espresso machine I've ever used. Every time, the perfect grind produces the ideal espresso shot. The coffee grinder is a benefit because it offers a variety of grind settings depending on the beans you are using. The design is really stylish and modern. It is a very sturdy machine that includes all necessary accessories and accoutrements. The machine itself takes up less counter space than I had anticipated. This is excellent for homes like mine that have little counter space. It is also really simple to clean up. Overall, I think this coffee maker is really amazing, and I'm really happy with it. I plan to use it for many years to come.

The whole package! Beauty & Braun all in one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is beautiful just to look at, but don't waste the opportunity by being distracted. I will admit, I let it sit for a few days just looking at it because I was intimidated. We are not coffee novices, we love coffee and trying new techniques and coffees, whole beans, ground coffee, lattes and iced coffees. What we did not have was an espresso machine. This baby comes with 8, count 8 different grind settings! Three different water temp infusions, a steam arm and an amazing instruction booklet that takes you step by step. This machine is definitely next level from the single serve machines or a routine pot of coffee. Don't think it is too complicated, that is not at all what I am saying. The instruction manual is easy to follow and once you get started the machine makes sense in function and process, so it becomes easy. Trial and error are part of the experience and part of the fun! We set ours up and grabbed a few different types of beans and made samples and had a 'test kitchen' to get familiar with the machine and explore the different flavor profiles. There are 3 preset recipes to choose from Espresso, Americano - which I came to love while in Italy, and hot water. The steam wand is seriously cool, you can texturize your milk (for me oat or almond, no dairy) to a micro foam that is tasty and fun. Clean-up is a breeze, but I do wish I had better access to the bean chute, but that may not even be necessary. We are looking forward to hosting family at Christmas and making drinks for all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't even begin to describe how awesome this machine is. It has completely replaced me going to a coffee shop. I am able to make my own latte and I'm working on perfecting other drinks as well. It was so simple to start right out of the box. I've looked up a dozen recipes and so far the possibilities are endless. The temperature control is THE best feature!

It’s small and compact enough but yet has all the bells and whistles of a cafe style espresso/cappuccino maker. At first all the levers intimidated me but it was relatively easy to use. Perfect brew and froth!
