KitchenAid is, by far, the greatest brand for household food preparation, offering accessories for nearly every need to prepare all kinds of food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I immediately made pie crust dough upon receipt and i can say it works great. It was quick and the dough was beautiful dough. I am looking forward to making some of my Christmas cookies with this tool. I actually have two Kitchen Aid Mixers as we have a home in the South too. I plan on buying this tool for that kitchen too. Trust me… you cannot go wrong with anything Kitchen Aid. It’s always sturdy and screams quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my kitchen aid mixer. I had no clue that a pastry beater even existed!! It’s a game changer ! I have used it to cut in butter to my dough which it does flawlessly but my favorite way to use it is to schred chicken! It’s makes the perfect chicken salad. I will be gifting one of these to the cooks in my family!

Time Saver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid pastry beater is a time saver! I have a few recipes that call for the butter to be “cut-in” and I have used a pastry cutting tool for many years. Previously, I tried to save time by using a food processor with frozen pieces of butter but it distributed the butter too fine and the result wasn’t great. I am not sure how the Pastry Beater from KitchenAid works but it fits on my machine like any other beater and somehow the “lines” on the beater get the butter broken down just enough but not too much. The instructions even provide suggestions on how long to process on which speed for a pie crust. After I get the desired texture, I place the dough back in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before using. More scones in our future! I haven’t branched out to using it for mashed potatoes or shredded meat but will do so soon!

It works great, I actually like the design better than the one that came with the mixer. It's easy to clean up and handles the task at hand beautifully. This is a great attachment for your mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this pastry beater for a few weeks now and it has been a lifesaver! I took it for a spin making a round of scones for tea with friends and it was much faster and easier then my usual pastry cutter. It was easy to use, easy to clean and my scones came out great!
