Much more quiet, sturdier build

Beats up the mixing bowls less and is a more quiet tool in the kitchen! The build on these is also far better and beefier. They are very stiff and mix more efficiently than the beaters that came with my hand mixer. A worthy upgrade or replacement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t expecting these flex edge beaters to be as successful as they were. First off they really quiet the entire process down. You couldn’t hear the metal clanking against the bowl which is really great if you for kiddos napping. Secondly, they scrape along the sides and bottoms so you don’t have to keep stopping and scrapping with a spatula. It helps too when you don’t want to over beat the mix and it’s doing two jobs for you. These will definitely become my number one beaters for all my baking needs. I plan on ordering my mom and sister a pair for Christmas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for the first time the other day for baking some cakes and cookies and it's way better than my old ones. I like the rubber end to it so it can scrape the batter from the edges of the bowl when mixing without it scratching or making loud noises compared to my old one.

Disappointed in use life.

I have had these beaters since February 2024. Since that time I have used them very seldom. This past Sunday, December 21, 2025, I made Christmas cookie dough to make cutout cookies. As the I added flour to the creamed butter and sugar, the black coating on the beaters started peeling off.

Watch out for rubber coming off

I bought these in June of this year and I don’t use them a lot, but with Christmas, they’ve been getting a workout. I realized today that a piece from the rubber is missing and I have no idea if that tiny piece made it into any of the food I made. I’m disappointed because I liked the concept, but in practice, this is not good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
