Incredible Sportwatch

Questo Sportwatch è una macchina da guerra. I materiali sono estremamente resistenti, il cinturino in nylon è fantastico. Il software è più veloce del Fenix 6x pro solar e il touchscreen è perfetto. Il vetro in zaffiro è molto resistente, si pulisce facilmente e rende più chiaro lo schermo. Contentissimo di averlo acquistato.

Heart rate on watch does not work

I am returning the watch because the heart rate monitor does not accurately measure BPM while doing activities. Hopefully a new one will work!
Picture below is my heart rate running with the watch measuring 57 bpm, the watch does not pick up bpm while running or climbing. I usually average 150-160 bpm.
The first day I had the watch it it worked great and measured my heart rate correctly then after a couple runs it would not measure my heart rate consistently.

My favorite watch

I’ve wanted a Garmin watch for years, just have never pulled the trigger & got one. Long story short I’ve always worn G-SHOCK’s & loved them, but wanted something different. I ended up with an Apple Watch ultra as a gift when they came out. At first I loved it! All of the health tracking data was very interesting to me, something I’ve never had before, but something just didn’t seem right to me. The data that it collects is scattered through different apps/screens, and the sleep data only logged every other night at best, plus I don’t care what anyone says no matter what you do to it I just don’t think Apple Watch look very masculine in any way. It was time. I bought my Tactix 7. I love everything about it! There are a lot of features that I don’t use because I’m not in the military or an operator, nor am I a triathlete or marathon runner. I’m just a regular guy who likes to hike & walk, with an occasional run from time to time. The features that I like the most are the morning report, sleep data, live heart rate monitoring, & all the health info. I also love how well the maps are integrated into all of the activities. I have most of the smart features shut off because I don’t need a tiny phone on my wrist. Biggest plus for me is the battery life, with my use & settings I’m going 3 weeks in between charges. I know I could have just got a Fenix 7x or an instinct 2x & saved quite a bit of money but aesthetics of the Tactix along with the green led for the flashlight pushed me this direction. I also love the quality of the nylon band that came with the pro series. It’s really thick & robust. I’m not sold on the solar function of the watch, I can definitely live without it. Overall 10/10 in my book

All I have to say is that this watch can pretty much do it all. There are things I miss about the Apple 8 watch I have, but the Tactix 7 is not only awesome but it looks good doing it.

Nice Watch - Just OK Display

Title says it all. Garmin packed this watch with features. But just ho-hum on the display. Great visibility easy to see the display while inside, but display clarity & definition suffers in direct sunlight. For the price, I wanted it all and Garmin almost got it with this watch.
