The EDC you never knew you needed !!

The built in flashlight is super freaking handy. The battery life when tracking allows you to go multiple days without charging or worrying that it's gonna die. It comes with two different straps, one super comfy stretchy strap and then the nylon tough as nails strap. This is not your starter item. This is for professionals and people using it every day tracking starts up superfast pairs the satellites in seconds.

The perfect watch for athletes, soldiers, and explorers alike

The Tactix 7 Pro Edition is hands-down the best watch I have ever owned. It is rugged, reliable, and adaptable to any sort of training or job you may be doing. To start, the battery life is incredible; with two tracked workouts a day, including long runs and rucks, I only have to charge it every 3 weeks or so. The display is huge and highly customizable, and for those code-saavy purchasers out there the Garmin SDK is fairly straightforward to learn if you want to write your own ConnectID apps or design your own watch face. This watch has already served me well in the mountains, in the pool, and out in the field. I'm looking forward to taking it to even more extreme places, knowing that I can count on it to aid me with navigation, activity tracking, and more.

Exceeded all my expectations for a watch

I have been wanting a Garmin watch for some time now and finally pulled the trigger. Exceeded my expectations in every way, going to be using it heavily this fall archery and upland bird hunting. Pairing this up with my Garmin 550 pro transmitter and dog collars. Can't wait to get on the hills.

Great everyday features and reliability

I bought this with the intention for Jumpmaster Operations but its everyday features have been the best. I especially love its Sleep study functions. I never knew how bad or poor my sleep quality was until now. And its a overall great watch for athletes outside of the Military features it has to offers.

Pricey, but all you would ever need.

I'm not gonna lie, this is an expensive piece of kit. You can similar functionality out of a less expensive piece like the Fenix, but not quite the full package. Wearing it as a regular watch and fitness tracker the charge for me lasts about two weeks and it has all the tools I would ever need in a watch with the addition of backup GPS functionality out on the trail. The built in LED light is far more useful than expected, I'm pretty sure I've used it just about every day I've had it for the last 18 months. If you have the cash, go for it. If not, I would recommend one of Garmin's other less expensive watches based on my experience with this model.

This watch has so many features! It does everything I want it to do and then some. The GPS is outstanding, The swim, bike, run, and multi sport feature tracks amazingly! It holds a charge for weeks. I should have bought it a really long time ago! Its awesome!
