Love the watch so far... the only downside is you can't install charts that you own on it. These charts that I purchased are on my Active Captain app so why not on watch? I don't think that you should have to repurchase them.

Doesn’t actually work with Navionics and Simrad

Very difficult to use and not able to use Navionics Boating app. Forced to purchase maps from Garmin. No support for Simrad that I use on both boats. Useless for phone and text

Good points: crystal clear face, the screen is incredible. Battery life is outstanding. I'm getting used to the button interfaces, the tactical feel is great.
Interesting points: Since I'm running an iPhone, I need to keep "Connect" running for data updates, sometimes I forget and some of the real-time info, isn't. The steel ring around the screen has a few scratches already about 3 weeks into wearing, so I assume this is going to look a bit scuffed up over time. I wear the watch pretty much 24x7, so it's seeing solid use.

Excellent Timepiece - Challenging Navigation

Yes, this is a superb piece of electronic engineering, but difficult to navigate, in my experience. That doesn't detract from its functionality, but just requires time and experimentation, that takes the immediate 'wow factor' to a slightly diminished level.
