Much better than the 6!

The touchscreen makes the watch so much more usable! Also love the brightness of the AMOLED screen. Watch is fast and responsive overall. I just wished they improve some of the marine apps like the fishing and anchor apps.

Sent it back. The interface does not look AMOLED ready. VMG only with sb else's app. For fenix all maps inbuilt but useful marine maps for quatix sb has rent in addition. They are extremely expensive. And no small size available.

It does everything my Apple Watch does plus I can steer the boat, warns me for tides and anchor. Amazing features and amazing battery life. Strongly recommend for boaters.

Love the golf app.

I have been using this for a few months and love the golf app for yardage and keeping score!
The syncing with android phone for weather and wind information on the watch face is clunky and doesn't work all the time.
The only thing I can recommend is for incoming calls to show contact names instead of phone number when synced with contact information.

I bought this one because it was available a lot sooner then the Epix 2. Same features plus naval extras. This has made me decide Garmin is the last watch Ill ever own
