I love it!

I bought this about a month ago and I love it. The white and black color makes it super cute and less sports watch. I use it for open water swimming and it’s large face makes it easy for me to read while swimming and without my glasses. I love all the stats for swimming and the ability to customize the layout so I don’t have to scroll through tons of activities to get to my activity. The battery lasts about a week and that is super nice, I hated taking off my Apple Watch every night. The interface is also very easy- looking forward to trying out Garmin pay. The FR255 does everything I need and is very comfortable! No complaints.

NICE WATCH!

I am a newbie to a half marathon, the feature of running is better than IWatch S5 that I used to wear. Whatever, the offline Music is the only thing I really want LOL. By the way, I bought it at a pretty lovely price, also a reason that I like it.

I bought Garmin Forerunner 255 Music about a month ago and I love this device. I used Fenix 6 but it was heavyweight but this is not. I run every day now!!

Heart rate sensor not working.

I bought my first Garmin watch, the Forerunner 255 Music over two weeks ago and instantly started using it. Unfortunately, the heart rate sensor does not work. No light, no heart rate can be measured. I tried all possible solutions on the Garmin Online Support Center. After one week, I called the German Garmin service center: after 45 Minutes waiting, a friendly employee walked me trough all possible solutions again, no outcome. He asked me to send different files and information via email... one week later (!) and after several emails asking about the status of my watch, i got a response that an IT ticket was opened... that's it. I returned the watch.

Perfect for me!!

Still learning things with this watch but I am super happy I made this purchase! I had a garmin 235 and this watch is it’s replacement and it’s like night and day between the two. So much more with the 255 with the running options and the gps picks up quicker in my opinion. The garmin coach is a nice feature also, wake up and it gives you a suggestion for your training. The music was very simple to download to the watch also. Very very much like this watch!!

Great Fitness Watch

I owned a TomTom fitness watch for several years and trained for several Tough Mudder competitions and ran I several Tough Mudder competitions wearing the watch 24 hours a day for several years. The TomTom finally died. I looked at several watches to hold up to my demands and worn 24 hours a day. I have been wearing the Forerunner 255 for about a month, battery life is great and it is featured packed. I am still learning about new features on the watch. A lot of great engineering went into this watch. It was a good purchase.
