excellent self care tool

i love this watch to help me track my data and activity. it helps me maintain my mental wellness as much as my physical fitness. its like having a nurse on my wrist. the only issue is that after i charge and sync the device, my glances are all out of order so i find that annoying to have to re arrange over and over. but the battery life is incredible.

Keeps me engaged

This was a Christmas gift to myself. I have difficulty sticking with a workout regimen and felt that this watch might give me the nudge I needed to do so. So far, it has! I love all of the details the watch produces on goals, suggested workouts, sleep patterns, heart rate and whatnot. One issue that I would like to fix is that it gives a prescribed pace for your workout and then warns you every 30 seconds or so if you are going too fast or too slowly. This is fine, except that the recommended workout is MUCH slower than what I normally run, so I really just get complaints from the watch that I am going too fast. Furthermore, the watch does not account for terrain, it seems, so I get warnings about going too slowly when I am heading up a hill and warnings that I am going too fast when I am going down a hill. Maybe this is a setting that I can fix. If not, it should be.
In short, I love the feedback and features -- the mile times, the pace readout on the watch, the ability to load music onto the watch and play it on my airpods -- but I would love it if the watch adjusted to the pace that I run better and was a bit smarter about understanding that runners go more slowly uphill than down! :-)

Full health & training features!

I purchased this watch because I was looking for one place to track my training and overall health. Garmin provides all this in a very easy to use product with an amazing battery with extended times between charging thanks to solar recharge capability. When I do need to plug it in, it charges so fast. I love this watch and all the data it provides to help empower me to make good choices for my health.
