A great watch for running metrics

My Garmin 645 music case broke where the pin holds the watch band so I bought this the weeks of Christmas. It offers all the metrics for running I like to monitor. There are some many features, I am still learning three weeks later. I love looking at the morning report it generates each morning when you wake up to gauge your sleep and training readiness.

I bought this as a sortnof impulse buy since my forerunner 735XT died. I'm glad I did! I love the morning health report and the Spotify option. I bought the solar option since I'm thinking forward. Expensive, yes but very worth it.

Great watch! Far more practical than Apple Watch

I’ve had my 955 Solar since the end of December. It can with about 49% charge and I have charged it one time since I got it. I’ve done about 8 jogging workouts and played golf twice with GPS. I’m still over 50% charge since the reload.
This watch has everything that one needs regarding features. It lets you stay as connected or disconnected as you want.
I highly recommend.

So far, so good

Received from wife for Christmas. I like it better than my 945. The weight and size are good. I wouldn’t want anything larger. With the gadgets, I can still pull a 10 digit grid as I am in the military and grids come in handy. Use for all of the exercises I do is legit although I would like to see one for abs, jacobs ladder, and pull-ups. The battery seems only a tad better but I need to turn most notifications off as I receive about 50 a day. The sleep tracker is also legit for anyone who has issues with sleep such as myself.

DISPLAY dim with faded colors

Tried it for a couple of days and sent it back.
The display does not excite, certainly to have a great autonomy, but it is not suitable for my needs.
For the rest, at almost the same price, you can buy an Iwatch Ultra, a reference for everyone.

Love it

I’ve had multiple four runners, including the 945 LTE. I even have a Fenix seven solar, but somethings still drives me back to the 955 solar. I’m not sure if it’s the weight, or perhaps, I just like it aesthetically more than the Phoenix.

I've been using the watch for almost one month and loved it right away. It is crazy light for all it has. Crazy amount of information and the battery life is amazing. I have not tried the music options yet but that will only add to how amazing the 955 solar is.
