Disappointed

Disappointed that the way the cover lays flat it is hard to open without long and slim fingernails. Even the Apple tecs I spoke with believe it’s a design flaw, so I returned to Apple. They think the flap was leftover from a previous design to save money. I loved my previous cover from Otterbox on my previous iPad Pro, and it opened fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Grrrr!

I bought this to replace the well-loved Symmetry 360 case on my older iPad Pro 11. The specs say this case should fit.
I cannot turn the iPad on or off with the case on. I have to remove the corner to activate the button. What?
My former Symmetry case was just about perfect — I used it until the spine started to fray. I love the new Apple Pencil holder on this version. But really, if the case won’t let you turn the device on and off, what good is it?
What I don’t know is if the power button will work with my new iPad pro gen 3. But apple said this one would work with previous iPad Pro 11 inch models. And it just doesn’t, although the fit seems fine.
Your website says these are currently out of stock. I hope that Otterbox is retooling the case to work better.

Does what it's supposed to

So I ordered this cause the one I had previously feel apart after 4 years of continuous use. The old model was unavailable. I have 1 issue with this new model which is the foldable stand. The old model was rock solid. This one I'm constantly having to support the back of it so it doesn't fall over. It's almost like the case can just barely support the weight of the iPad, and any additional pressure pushes it right over. Not sure if there is a fix for this or not. Other than that, it is a great case and definitely protects the entire ipad, so no issues there

It’s a nice looking case, but I’m really unhappy with its inability to hold the iPad up when I fold the cover to stand. That’s one of the main Features I was looking for. Can I get a refund?

Dont waste your money

Purchased this for my 11 and 12.9 inch ipad pros, Older versions were better, the cover for the pencil keeps popping off, magnet isn't strong enough. removing the flap from the older versions is definitely a downgrade as it held pencil on, held cover open or closed ... Otter box products have really gone downhill and this isnt the first issues I have had recently, had major issues with iphone 14 pro defender cases X4
